Our inner city studio has a range of facilities to ensure your visit here is comfortable. Please note, we do not have parking.
Women and mens changing rooms include mirrors and hair dryers. There are also three unisex showers available.
Free filtered water is available, please bring your own bottle or pick up a refillable bottle from our shop. Alternatively we sell water and coconut water.
We have a selection of yoga clothing, mats, books, bands and water bottles for sale. We also offer phytosport, a vegan electrolyte supplement.
We have mats for hire and sale. We also have complimentary bolsters, blocks and straps for use in our yoga classes and bands and light weights for use in Inferno Hot Pilates. All props are cleaned after every use and bolster covers are washed once a week.
Mat & towels are available for hire for $2 / $3 respectively.
Utilising two heating systems, our main system uses forced air and a humidifier and is kept at a constant level. It has been specifically engineered to ensure the consistency of the room temperature and humidity within a specific heat index, constant circulation of heated clean air helps promote perspiration and blood flow while constantly exchanging the air within the space so it is always fresh and clean.
Our second heat system, used for Flow and Inferno Hot Pilates is comprised of infra-red heaters designed to heat bodies rather than the whole room.
Our flooring is an easy to clean industrial wood look vinyl.
Our studio is fully cleaned every evening and daily between 1pm and 3pm. Our floors are mopped after every class using high quality sterilising products – Sterigene (hospital grade) and Hygeia. Mats and washable props are sterilised after every use with Sterigene.
