Ashley’s yoga journey started when she met her partner Tom who is a regular practitioner. At the time she was navigating a demanding self employed career and loved how flow took her out of her mind and into her body. Her sleep, digestion and mental health improved like never before and it helped open her eyes to who she wanted to be.
After a hiatus when her daughter Vivi was born, and overcoming a birth injury, she had to rediscover and connect to her body again. Now with newfound knowledge and strength, she has completed her Yoga Teacher Training and is ready to evolve her yoga journey and share it with you.
She hopes to create a safe space on your mat where you can connect to yourself physically and emotionally.
