My yoga journey began when I was 8 years old, as I used to attend the local community yoga classes with my mum. Once I became a University student I discovered the Hot Yoga Studio and completely fell in love with it! During my teenage years I was heavily involved in sport aerobics and dance, so I was instantly drawn into the classes that Hot Yoga offers. As someone who faced injuries during my sport, I got completely hooked into how Vinyasa Flow and Hot Pilates changed the way my body and my mind felt, and I haven’t looked back! In January this year I completed a yoga teacher training course, and instantly knew that teaching yoga was a passion of mine that I wanted to share with others. If you were to find me outside of the studio it would probably be at the library, as I’m in my final year of studying Psychology. I have thoroughly enjoyed using both my teacher training and Psychology degree knowledge to run classes at the studio. All of the teachers are wonderful, and there is a class here for everyone! I’m thrilled to be continuing on my teaching journey at the studio.
