I first discovered Hot Yoga Dunedin about a year and a half ago when I took my first Original 26&2 class—and I’ve been hooked ever since. I quickly developed a deep love for the Original Hot 26&2 sequence. Joining hot yoga was a bit intimidating at first, especially after my significant weight loss, but I decided to give Hot Yoga Dunedin a try—and it completely changed me. Now, you’ll find me in the studio every day!
Hot Yoga Dunedin is a place for everyone, no matter where you are in your journey. Over the past three years, I’ve lost over 55kg and become the strongest, healthiest version of myself. I want to inspire and motivate others to achieve the same transformation. I’ve experienced the incredible benefits of Inferno Hot Pilates, and I’m excited to share them with you so that you can achieve similar results.
I absolutely love Inferno Hot Pilates for the strength it’s given me—mentally, physically, and emotionally. In July 2024, I completed a 100-hour Flow Teacher Training, and that sparked a deeper curiosity about yoga and Pilates. This led me to take the Inferno Hot Pilates training in Melbourne last November.
