Kia ora, I’m Emily! I first got into yoga to offset the stress of pursuing a law and arts degree simultaneously. It quickly became my go-to for finding balance and calm, making a positive difference in my mental health.

Yoga is the perfect way to disconnect from life’s chaos, and the hot room takes it to a whole new level. The heat adds that extra intensity, and I love the challenge it brings. I’ve always been into fitness, and yoga complements all my other interests.

Teaching yoga has been an incredible journey—it’s pushed me out of my comfort zone and given me a chance to get creative. I’ve always been a physical person, but yoga has helped me tap into a softer side I didn’t even know I had.
