I was born in the UK but moved to New Zealand when I was 4. Since then I have lived in Nelson before moving to Otago for University.
Having always had a huge passion for physical activity I am decided to major in Sports and Exercise Science and minor in Nutrition. I love working with people and am hoping to complete my Masters in teaching in a few years!
Sport is a huge part of my life however, after declining a position to row for a University overseas, I wasn’t sure I would find another activity I’d feel the same passion towards. After completing my first class at the studio, which was 26+2, I have never looked back! Not only has the studio become a place where I practice, it has also become my second home. Along with continuing to progress in my practice, I have also been training as an Inferno Hot Pilates Teacher.
After seeing the huge positive impact both yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates has had on my mental and physical health I knew that this was a passion I wanted to share with others.
I’m thrilled to be teaching at the studio and although I’m relatively young, I’m excited to improve both my personal and teaching practice alongside you so we can all learn and grow together!
