Fran’s yoga journey started in Scotland (some time ago) and the passion has been maintained by some amazing teachers around the world. Fran spent a year in India practicing meditation and yoga which developed her passion for balancing mind and body. She obtained her teacher registration in 2008 purely to increase her knowledge of yoga and yet it has led to a teaching role ever since.
Fran is passionate about many different forms of yoga with Yin yoga a particular favourite. Yin maintains the elasticity of our connective tissue which can diminish with physical activity, injury and age and is very important in maintaining joint health and flexibility as well as calming and restoring energy with awareness of the breath.
